
User Agreement
All items must be paid in full by the customer before good are dispatched. Fraudulent attempts to obtain goods via unsolicited means are deemed a criminal offense and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. All prices stated on site are inclusive of VAT. We hold the right to make changes to these prices at any given time.
The customer's right to cancel an order or be refunded for faulty goods (as examined by our returns staff) is reserved.
All stock is offered subject to availability. If the items you've requested aren't available when your order is processed we will send the goods out as soon as they are available, but if there is a long delay we will offer an alternative item or refund your card. In all cases we will do our best to keep you informed.
All Intellectual Property Rights, therefore written consent must be obtained from Freeriders for reproduction of any part of the site. Although we take every care to check the content of the site we cannot be held liable for Links or Postings that may become offensive due to a third party.
Payment Methods
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Payment can be made using credit card, debit cards or switch cards - via our secure Paypal Account. Payment is cleared on your card when goods are put into transit process.
Cancellation Rights & Returns Policy
We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request & contact service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask for more information before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason you may return them within 7 working days from receipt of the order. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with labels attached. We will refund the full cost of the product purchase, any postage incurred by you will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If more convenient, you are very welcome to return your purchase to the store in person.

Christmas Orders
For all Christmas orders a 14 day returns policy applies from the 1st of January.
Faulty Goods
All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit. Should you receive your package in damaged state it is essential that you sign the delivery form as damaged and unchecked and contact us (team@freeridersonline.co.uk) within 5 days. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card information is held on a certified secure server. We do not process your payment until we have verified that we hold the item that you are purchasing in stock and carried out an authorization process on the card. All prices quoted include VAT at 15%.
Delivery
All the products displayed should be in stock. We will despatch your order within 1 working day of receiving. You should receive your order in approximately 3 working days and normally quicker than that. Delivery is currently free of charge to mainland UK except on surfboards. If a member of our team is near your area at the time of purchase, we will personally deliver to you your order.
What Happens If My Order Is Out Of Stock
We will not process your payment. You will be notified that the item is out of stock and you can then decide whether to wait for us to receive fresh stock, or you can cancel the order.
Complaints Policy
Should you have any cause for complaint we want to know about it. We pride ourselves on dealing with and acting on ALL complaints or feedback - what you say and your views count and matter to us. Every complaint is dealt with fairly and effectively in the strictest confidence. Our company endeavours to respond to all complaints within five working days if the product is purchased in our high street store or online.
